  • Use uncommon words For example, if you want to know the cost of a Priority Mail Flat Rate box, instead of searching for "Priority Mail" or "box," try searching for "Flat Rate" instead.
  • Use specific phrases The term "shipping label" will provide fewer returned FAQs than the word "label." Similarly the phrase "technical support" will return fewer results than "technical."
