I forgot the username on my USPS.com® account. How do I log in?

Go to the USPS.com account sign-in page and select "Forgot your username?". Enter the email address associated with your account. If an account is detected for the submitted email address, you will receive an email with your username.

If you do not remember the email address tied to your account or no longer have access to that email address, you will need to create a new user account online.

Note: You must use an email address that is different than the one tied to your original account.

Can I change the username tied to my USPS.com account?

No. Unfortunately, USPS.com usernames cannot be changed once they have been created. If you would like a new username, please create a new user account online.
