Request a Refund
If your USPS Label Delivery labels were delivered but not used or not delivered, you can request a refund through your Click-N-Ship® Shipping History. The option to request a refund is available for 30 days after label purchase.

| If the labels were delivered and the customer decided not to use them | You are refunded the label postage, but not the label delivery fee |
