Features
- Media Mail® is an economy shipping solution for media items.
- Available for sending small and large packages containing books, film, manuscripts, sound and video recordings, and computer media (such as CDs, DVDs, and diskettes). See the Domestic Mail Manual for additional details on qualified items.
- Media Mail cannot contain advertising. Books shipping as Media Mail may contain incidental book announcements.
- Packages can weigh up to 70 lbs. and measure up to 108 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part.

Notes
- Video games, computer drives, and digital drives do not qualify for Media Mail prices.
- Including items that do not qualify for Media Mail in a package can result in the shipper or recipient paying higher postage rates.
- Media Mail is not sealed against postal inspection. Contents can be inspected by the Postal Service to insure pricing eligibility.
